We represent secured and unsecured creditors, including financial and banking institutions, equipment lessors, Intellectual Property licensors, hedge funds, factoring companies and other companies in all aspects of bankruptcy/reorganizations, workouts, liquidations or restructuring, especially in New York and Delaware.
 

In addition, we represent high net worth individuals, “small-businesses”, start-up companies and closely held companies in all aspects of general business and corporate law. In this area, we act as outside general counsel to these clients, who generally do not have a legal department to meet the daily challenges of running their own businesses. Our clients include medical practices, serial entrepreneurs, hotel owners, franchisees of various businesses, restaurants and bars, retail establishments and construction companies.
 

We also represent clients in the area of commercial litigation, whether it is in federal court, state court or an out-of-court resolution. We represent both Plaintiffs and Defendants in commercial litigation disputes involving commercial disputes of varying dollar amounts arising from a simple breach of contract between two parties or complex litigation involving multiple parties and entities.
